Lemon Balm Tea Snip off a sprig or two of your lemon balm plant (available at many nurseries and greenhouses or from seed); bruise it with your fingers, or shred it, and put this into a mug. Pour over it a mugful of boiling water. Stir. Cover. Let steep 5-7 minutes. Strain (or not) and drink. You can add maple sugar or honey if you like.
